True to my word, I am starting the “guest banner” run this month.
I thank daryl vocat, first in with his redition of me in leather. Yeah that’s me when I was skinny, just behind the font there. He used that image for an article in Xtra magazine about sport and masculinity. You can’t see that I’m in all leather and gripping a pigskin.

As to Maya…I did like her. The studded eyebrows were a little over the top and that noise that played when she morphed sounded like a dying juicer…
I should look in the basement and see if I’ve still got that communicator thingee (that they used to chat and open doors, etc.). Got it at a sci fi convention a million years ago in a bargain bin. 🙂
I remember that one! I was horrified at the spat-out husks the eye monster would eject.
And thank god for Maya. She brought stylish mu mus to a base full of two tone jumpsuits.

-and I’m so busted about my avatar. Good eye! You’re the only one that has noticed so far. I loved Space 1999. Except for the space monster with the glowing eye that took over one of the Eagle Landers and it had long arm/tentacle things that would drag crewmembers, screaming, to their deaths… and they finally killed it by axing it repeatedly in its eye. That shit gave me nightmares.
